Hardwood Floor Refinishing Technicians
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hardwood floor sanding/refinishing
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and professionalism
- Ability to work well with homeowners and team members
Responsibilities:
- Sanding and refinishing hardwood floors
- Preparing job sites and protecting surrounding areas
- Operating sanding and refinishing equipment
- Maintaining quality workmanship and clean job sites
- Communicating clearly with project managers and clients
we are hiring
Flooring Salesperson
Ideal Candidate:
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and business owners
- Organized and tech-comfortable
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Experience in flooring, remodeling, construction, or home services is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective customers
- Help clients choose flooring solutions that fit their needs
- Coordinate estimates and project details
- Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the process
